Our Full-Service offering is end-to-end: we collaborate directly with your architect and contractor (if not Visuelle) manage every vendor interaction, and oversee each phase of construction, installation, and styling. From millwork and finishes to furniture placement and final accessory styling — we handle everything.

With Styling & Furnishings, we lead the creative vision and source furnishings, but you or your contractor manage timelines and vendor execution. Our team will coordinate your final furniture installation, ensuring your design comes together as intended.

In Full-Service, most pieces are custom, artisan, or one-of-a-kind. In Styling & Furnishings, we blend retail, trade-only, and a few custom elements for a more flexible investment range.

• Site survey and documentation of existing conditions

Absolutely — we love designing around pieces with meaning. While we do not “finish” rooms that are already mostly furnished, we’re happy to integrate your favorite items into a full-room design plan.

Yes — local clients benefit from in-person walkthroughs and a final install. Remote clients will receive a virtual site review, but we typically travel for the site review and final installation for an additional fee.

While we’re proudly based in Scottsdale, Arizona, we regularly design homes across the country — including second homes, investment properties, and vacation residences.

Yes — Visuelle Design Group is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and we meet or exceed all regulatory and professional standards in both construction and interior design. Our work is grounded in technical expertise, accredited training, and years of hands-on experience across diverse project types.

General Contracting Credentials

• Licensed General Contractor (Arizona ROC #352371)
  To earn this designation, contractors must:

  • Complete at least 4 years (8,000 hours) of verified residential construction or supervisory experience

  • Pass Arizona’s required Business Management and Trade exams

  • Submit background, financial, and bonding documentation to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC)

• Bonded & Insured

  • Contractor bond as required by the State of Arizona

Interior Design Credentials

  Our founder is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, with a concentration in interior architecture. The program included:

  • Studio training in technical drafting, building systems, lighting, FF&E, and codes

• ASID Professional Membership

Our project managers bring a wealth of hands-on experience and formal training to every project. At Visuelle Design Group, we combine field-tested expertise with nationally recognized certifications to ensure each phase of your remodel or build is executed with precision, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.

Certifications & Industry Standards

We support and train our project managers in line with industry-leading methodologies:

• PMP® Certification (Project Management Professional)
  Many of our PMs follow the framework outlined by the PMBOK® Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge), published by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

  • Requirements to sit for the PMP exam include:

    • 4-year degree + 36 months of project leadership experience

    • 35 hours of formal project management education or CAPM® certification

  • PMBOK emphasizes process groups: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout — which we mirror in our approach

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
  Select PMs are trained in Lean Six Sigma methodology, which focuses on eliminating waste, streamlining workflows, and improving quality across every aspect of the design-build process.

  • Green Belt certification typically requires:

    • 20–30 hours of formal training

    • 1–2 real-world process improvement projects completed

    • Proficiency in DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
