KYLE GESCHWENDER

Kyle J. Geschwender serves as Managing Principal of VISUELLE, bringing a multidisciplinary background in finance, investment management, real estate, construction and executive operations to the firm. Working alongside Lauren, he oversees the financial, operational, cabinetry and construction disciplines behind each residence.

Real estate and construction have been part of Kyle’s family for generations. His grandmother was a prominent Nebraska real estate developer who founded and grew one of the state’s largest real estate brokerages and became the first woman to serve as President of the Board of Realtors. His father later led one of the Midwest’s largest production homebuilders. Growing up around the business, Kyle gained early exposure to residential development and spent his summers working hands-on in construction.

While his roots were in real estate and construction, Kyle’s professional career initially took him in a different direction. He began in healthcare technology, helping develop and lead early electronic medical record solutions for surgical environments that were implemented across health systems internationally. He later held commercial leadership roles within private-equity-backed and Fortune 500 organizations before moving into finance, where he advised high-net-worth individuals and families and managed nearly half a billion dollars in client assets.

Today, he brings that experience in finance, operations, technology and large-scale execution to Visuelle, overseeing the business and construction side of the firm alongside Lauren.
