This home is being completely taken down to the studs and rebuilt as a true, ground-up custom residence—designed specifically for one client and crafted entirely by VISUELLE Design Group. Located in the gated community of Monterey at Mountain View in the heart of Scottsdale, the original structure offered great bones, high ceilings, and a desirable North/South lot… but our client wanted something more personal, more functional, and fully tailored to the way they live.

We’re rethinking every square foot. The new 3,000 sq ft layout will feel intentional, open, and beautifully connected, with redesigned room flow, new architectural lines, expanded glass, and a refined indoor–outdoor relationship. This is not a remodel layered on top of old ideas—it’s a full re-creation with a fresh space plan built around modern Scottsdale living.

All cabinetry in the home is being designed and sourced in-house by VISUELLE Design Group, allowing us to create cohesive millwork throughout the kitchen, baths, closets, bar, and built ins. We’re also designing custom furniture pieces exclusively for this project, giving the home a fully curated feel from structure to furnishings. Every detail—from materials to lighting to hardware—is selected to deliver a calm, elevated, lasting aesthetic.

The location adds another layer of appeal. Monterey at Mountain View is known for its quiet streets, convenient access to Scottsdale’s best dining, golf, shopping, and hiking, and its balance of privacy and proximity. Rebuilding here allows the client to enjoy the charm of an established community with the experience of living in a brand-new, luxury home.

When complete, this residence will showcase the full capability of VISUELLE’s integrated design-build approach: architecture, construction, cabinetry, and furnishings all aligned under one vision. It’s a home created for one client—but built to demonstrate what’s possible when every element is designed together.
